2025 NDTA-USTRANSCOM Fall Meeting Registration

 

Lodging is not included in registration – please go to the Lodging/Transportation tab above to book lodging. NDTA is the only authorized organization to hold a block of rooms at the St. Louis Union Station for the 2025 NDTA-USTRANSCOM Fall meeting.  Please be sure to book your room through the link to guarantee the NDTA-negotiated rates.

Dress — Military: Class B, Khakis, or Blues w/short sleeve (tie optional).  Civilian: business casual.

Local St. Louis Area (Non-TDY) Registration – Includes all general sessions, classes, seminars, and receptions.  Lunch is NOT included.  An optional lunch package is available for purchase (per DoD regulations, lunch is not reimbursable for local area personnel).

PLEASE NOTE — The cut-off for adding the optional lunch to your registration is September 9.  NO OPTIONAL LUNCHES MAY BE PURCHASED AFTER THAT DATE OR WHILE ON-SITE AT THE EVENT.
There are alternate meal options at various restaurants on-site and nearby.

Cancellation up to September 11 is refundable, minus $25 administrative fee.  Cancellation after September 11 is non-refundable.
